Shockwave Therapy*

*Shockwave therapy treatments include osteopathic evaluation and treatment, injury management advice and personalised rehab exercises.
Recommended sessions of Shockwave Therapy:
3 to 4 sessions (ideally once weekly) for acute/subacute conditions.
4 to 6 sessions (ideally once weekly) for chronic conditions.
We are registered with most of the private insurance providers in the UK
We do not invoice your insurance provider on your behalf. We will ask for your payment in advance. After your treatment, we will email you a receipt containing all the necessary information required by your insurance provider so that you can claim the reimbursement of your treatment directly with them.
We always advise speaking with your insurance provider before booking a session just to double check that you will be able to claim reimbursement. Every policy and plan is different so it is worth giving them a quick call.
Cancellation Policy
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be refunded in full. Appointments cancelled after this time or non-arrivals will be subject to this policy and the full fee may be charged.
If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so by using the link included in the email confirmation you receive after booking your appointment. This link expires 24 hours before your appointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hours before your appointment for any emergency reason, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate every case on individual basis.
